Request Account & Data Deletion – WatchFit

At WatchFit, we respect your privacy and provide you full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your WatchFit account and associated data, please follow the instructions below.

🧾 Steps to request account deletion:

1. Open the WatchFit app on your mobile device.
2. Go to Settings > Profile > Delete Account.
3. Confirm your identity and follow the in-app steps to complete the deletion process.
4. Alternatively, you can email us at info@watchfit.tech with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and include your registered email address.

📦 What data is deleted:

• Your account information (name, email, profile data)
• Training history and workout sessions
• Any AI-generated plans or preferences
• Device associations (WatchFit Band)

⏳ Retention period:

• Once your request is verified, all data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days.
• Some anonymized analytics data may be retained for statistical purposes, without any link to your identity.
